At Purdue after a loss is an impossible situation. Don’t have the horses this year. Can’t even be mad.

Jeremiah and Dylan are a good start. Janmichael needs some growing. Simpson is too erratic. I can’t watch someone constantly shoot 2-7. The problem is he’s trying to find his spot on the court and it’s not there. Geo would hit the mid range shot

He’s not trying to find anything. He’s the most selfish player in the country, and even worse he’s a terrible shooter.
That is crazy, with a little Ogbole thrown in as well and you have a real recipe for disaster.

Our players were exhausting themselves on D earlier in the game, trying to double Edy and get out to pressure 3s. Purdue’s movement on O is phenomenal, at least tonight.
We started looking winded and then started picking up fouls because of having to constantly chase their players, always a step behind.
Gotta rest players when that happens, even if you don’t want to.

Well as I often say, RU's defense is as good as the opponent can shoot because they're always giving up open looks with their play off and then try to scramble back to get a hand up style of defense. Unfortunately Purdue has multiple shooters. You can't play every opponent the same way
Exactly, sometimes you have to just grab your balls and go for it. I have seen coaches play guys with 3 fouls or even leave guys in when they pick up a 4th.
As bad as his one shot was, Cliff cranks ‘em just as bad. Too long rather than too short.
Gavin is really the only positive out there tonight because we are seeing him active doing different things...hope he gets 15 minutes in the 2nd half

He was not good, but if he picks up an early 3rd foul Pike should just leave him in. Ogbole, at least by Ogbole standards, was not horrible. He blocked 2 Edey shots and got some boards, made 3/4 free throws…..he just literally has zero offensive game and hands of stone.
You can find an enormous body anywhere. He’s very bad. Can’t catch the ball, is consistently out of position on defense, should have been called for a travel twice plus no touch inside. He can get boards but that’s because a huge human
