Falzone, a four-star prospect according to both Rivals and 247Sports, decommitted from Virginia Tech in November.
Rutgers currently has three commitments in the Class of 2026 and two have come from Pennsylvania.
Falzone was visited by Penn State head coach James Franklin and tight ends coach Ty Howle on Tuesday night.

I believe this is actually in exchange for advertising for the helicopter company and not paid for by the AD.
But that advertising space maybe could go to another company that would pay cash and help the AD funding.

There's a donor fund for coach travel. Can't say for sure, but I believe this is ALL paid for by donations from the donor fund. It's a very active group with some heavy hitters.

They already have one QB committed I doubt he will want to be #2. They were recruiting him as a TE but the kid wants to play QB.
