Sorry Rivals, really like this site. But from end of this season till start of next season, I’m not reading a single damn thing about basketball. This was exactly the opposite of the last game. This happened because they hit 12 of their first 17 threes. Their inside game was denied for the most part and at one point Oregon was 12–35 on their two point shots. Iowa did not score well from the perimeter until the end but did a great job making plays off screens inside the arc.
How many wide open layups were there with guys just dribbling around the arc beatings piss poor ball defender to have nobody on backside take 2 steps to defend the ball

The biggest issues for this team are a lack of any rim protection on defense and a lack of good shooters on offense. Dylan and Ace cannot do everything, and they obviously did not play well against Oregon. This team needs a Myles Johnson type inside and more guards like Billet and Shields.
I can tell you no one on team but LS knew what flavor gum these dudes were chewing, our defenders play so far off the ball they are in another zip code. I still have no idea how or why you have 2 guys that are top 3 pick potential that cannot play in your face defense and intimidate anyone they go against that wont be going to the NBA.
Or how many times you try to drive between defenders & lose ball, or throw a lazy garbage pass when doubled up frustrating
