the smaller arena doesnt bother me. No one cares enough about football in NYS. thats why they dont expand it. Instead of being first choice find the ones that worry about getting playing time at the school they committed to and are looking for a school with an untalented roster so they can change their commit to that school.

Agree with you about fruit football never being taken as something worthwhile, even when that useless FB program was good.
Now the talk gets switched from Football to basketball, by Syracuse fans, whenever Orange football comes up in conversations.
Syracuse has a great MBB program , so it's not a surprise that program is brought up in Orange FB talk and Jersey kids been headed there for years .
RU MBB is and has been like Syracuse FB is now and until RU MBB starts showing improvement ,
NJ HS BB Talent will leave the state and Syracuse is only one of the schools they go to.
Seems like Syracuse didn't miss a beat in it's MBB Basketball recruiting when that assistant's wife stopped using her talent to help bring in talent after her husband was fired.

You only get mad because SU is well rounded in sports and rutgers is not. There is more emphasis in making football better at Rutgers then at SU. You guys also have the studs in your state too. At least Cuse have an excuse. NYS is not a hotbed to say the least. Yeah we can talk about controversies all day. All schools have them.
Schiano knew he wasn't going against GRob before 2011, he learned that in 2009.

Our facilities are going through a giant change. Money like that breeds success, and were already having success recruiting without it. Temple got an elite 11 qb last year in Russo..it didn't phase ash and he went out and got the best qb in the state of Tennessee (a dual threat). Elite 11 means nothing. Have fun with the second highest rated qb in the state cause he's not passing Lewis, who is bigger and projects better as a spread qb.

Pitt had a recent decommit Exree Loe a Rivals 3-Star DB from Johnstown Pa.
Our board saying his ship was pulled because of his visiting other schools. Others saying he decommitted because Pitt has too many good DB and looking to go to a school where can get a chance to play more often. Some say he visited Rutger. Not sure what the real story is. You guys hearing anything about him.
