Is there such a thing as an NIL violation nowadays?
Probably suspended for one quarter in their Spring game. Middle Tennessee State and East Tennessee State will be penalized heavily for this.
The NCAA should just relocate their office to Knoxville.
Didn't they do that pre-NIL as well? Post just allows it to be out in the open.

That was my point. Nothing has changed pre or post NIL. Cash was/is flowing.
I mean at this point, have zero rules. Just make it a free for all. College football is basically ruined at this point.
It’s just a matter of time before there is some sort of employment setup and CBA.
The schools are the NCAA and they make the rules but they all want exceptions for themselves and when they don’t get those exceptions they cry foul. Schools sue, players sue, government sues so the only way to resolve it is to have some set up and bargaining agreement that is akin to the pros.
I posted stuff about it on one of those ACC FSU threads. College landscape is going to change in the future.
Didn’t say it would but whatever rules or what not the schools want will have to be collectively bargained in the future. It’s all heading in that direction.
