THE OFFICIAL RUTGERS-STONY BROOK PREDICTION THREAD

BAC has the kenpom prediction pretty close. 73-64 with 71 possessions.

I am going with a slower pace, 66
Rutgers 63
Stony Brook 49

The score will be much closer than the game really is.

BONUS PREDICTION
Only 1 Rutgers player will score in double digits. Given that DoorSa'n will play only 12 minutes it means balanced scoring

Many players log double digit minutes. To me that says you don't have a solid starting five, you foul a little, and run uptempo. They have one player they rely heavily on. Rebound by commission, etc. i hope to see better shots by Freeman, and more discipline by Doucoure. Ru- 75 sb 66.

Anything but a win right now would take all of the wind out of our sails. This team has to forget all about the SHU game and play Stony Brook like they are trying to steal their lunch.

Closer than expected but still a low double digit victory to improve to 11-3.

If we play the way we're capable:

Rutgers 75
Stony Brook 60

If we come out flat, this game scares the crap out of me

This game worries me. I think we rally to squeak one out.
RU. 68
SBU 65

We stay on a roll...the guys know this is a special game for coach P
They play a bit harder than usual in his honor
Freeman gets a quick double double
Eugene shows us some new moves
Corey and GEO legitimately have fun
Mike hits 1,000 & gets applause
:cool2:[jumpingsmile]A good time is had by all[jumpingsmile]:cool2:

Rutgers 77
S Brook 57

A worse RU team beat a better Stony Brook team on the road last season. Other than Providence, there is nothing I see in Stony Brooks other 11 results that give me cause to be concerned. As long as the team understands they cannot afford a let down, I think RU wins by double digits.

Has anyone seen the actual Vegas spread? I can't seem to find one.

Hilariously, Stony Brook is actually the 3rd best OOC we've played.

Rutgers 72, Stony Brook 61

they have a freshman from Newark having a good season, Olaniyi

will be close

Rutgers 68
SB 63

Is this game on TV anywhere? Comcast is showing Penn State/Rider on at 7pm.

Final exam week games are always tricky. I expect a close game that we pull away late to win.
