Just saw the replay - a lot of thoughts right now, but mostly just very disappointed

Also a few (many) beers deep and need to think about this more pragmaticly tomorrow

Not gonna lie, this was one of the tougher ones to stomach. New Hampshire 05, WVU 06, Maryland 07, Louisville 2012 also come to mind with this type of feeling

A lot depends on next week. If they beat MSU, you think ok, at least we finish with 7 wins. While bowl game will be with little excitement, still can say at least we got 7 wins and another bowl game. We see more positive development of AK and Strong.

But lose next week? Then this will just hurt even more.

Harsh reality is with next year’s returning roster we are looking an 4-8 season at best. Wins over Ohio and Miami of Ohio in the MAC, at Purdue, and home to Maryland . That’s it. Going to be a long season. Perhaps in 2026 the program makes changes.
