Will always cherish Belton's TD run in our game last year though. <3

As a long-time Rutgers fan I gotta tell you it's great to have Pedd St. fans so thrilled to beat the Scarlet Knights.
We've come such a long way.

Temple beats PSU. PSU handles Rutgers.

...this looks like a 'ncaaball Special' ("random" poster with no history here, 2 total posts, "randomly" talking about Temple or Rutgers in derogatory fashion). I wonder if this is his 7487th or 7488th screenname on Rivals.

Joe P.

PSU beat the same temple defense 30-13 last year and returns every major offensive playmaker and the majority of its defense.

Ok...but teams don't perform the same from week to week (PSU lost to Illinois the following week), let alone year to year.

Temple had some late season injuries (when they played at Penn St last year) and added some key P5 transfer weapons this season.

PSU's 5-star QB Hackenberg still hasn't performed to the level of expectations but the kid has the talent...is this the year he finally shines (for all 12 games?)

No clue what will happen this year as the team's play a season opening game vs a late season game.

Go Cherry & White!

Temple has come close to beating TTFP several times. They might. Franklin is a crappy coach and I would love to see them go down. Everyone outside of the cult knows TTFP is at best a mediocre program.

I will root for Temple cuz I hate SPU but when the Nits win I'll justify it by saying it's good for us if they're undefeated when we beat them :)

Also, PSU went 6-6 last year in the B1G. Temple went 6-6 in the AAC. (And lost to PSU bad with basically the same teams)

My hierarchy of CFB hate:

The castrated bovines
The Indiana Catholics
The state penn
The purple and yellow swamp kittens from red stick
The baptist school of whacko

Boy Rape State vs. Bill Cosby's alma mater - I hear that Law & Order SVU has purchased the television rights to the game.

Who was "raped"? Amazing how some can't resist the urge to demonstrate their ignorance and stupidity.

The Temple vs PSU game last year was a lot closer than the score would indicate. The truth is, Temple's D probably isn't as good as the stats but they also go no help from the offense last year. Temple's D was on the field a lot and still preformed.

PSU should be improved if the O-Line is better. If Hack gets hit early, he will start hearing footsteps. Temple needs to be able to stop the PSU run. Don't underestimate losing a starting MLB and Safety.

From a Temple offensive standpoint, I expect them to be a lot better. RB Thomas had a offseason at RB (converted last fall camp). TE Colin Thompson is healthy and has a full camp. O-line is now experienced. Robbie Anderson, Jennings, and a number of receivers are available this year. Here is the big point. PJ Walker is being coached by an 8 year NFL QB coach. I think PJ will have a strong year.

Does that mean they will beat PSU? I have no idea. PSU has all the built in advantages. I will say, if Temple doesn't beat PSU this year, it will be very tough in the future. PSU is recruiting very very well

Creep State...

"In 2008, a graduate student in another program told me that a black student group, fearing for the safety of its members, had advised students of color to stay home the day after Obama’s win. One of my students shared these concerns. Through tears, she spoke of a friend who found notes attached to her front door reading, “N****r, leave.” Some friends, she said, became too exhausted and fearful to stay, so they did leave.

Not surprisingly, State College, the town, can feel oppressive in a visceral and suffocating way (quite literally, given the poor air quality). Though it is not nearly as well-documented as the race problem in the community, members of the LGBT campus community reported death threats as recently as 2010. LGBT students and graduate instructors had to consider whether being “out” in their classrooms might jeopardize their safety, and many of my own friends and acquaintances -- particularly those perceived as “gender non-conforming” -- were targets of harassment and ridicule."

Her opinion is badly based on BS, innuendo, and lies.

Did you see the spring game? Hackenberg was sacked 5 or 6 times against the 2nd and 3rd teams. Seldom used LB Matthew Baney ripped JUCO star LT Paris Palmer for 2 sacks. Palmer was suppose to be a plug and play tackle since stud tackle from last year left early. Palmer and the rest of the line were completely lost in the spring game. Btw, Palmer was 270 at the end of spring and now weighs 300. That's a lot of weight gain in a short period of time, but does that extra weight make him even slower? In the spring game Palmer's footwork was bad and he was slow.
One other thing, Franklin can't go with 4 and 5 receiver sets and expect the OL to win many battles. Franklin state in a interview he wants to unleash Hackenberg and his receiver on the opposing team. That's all find and well as long as the OL doesn't play like they did in the spring or last season. PSU best bet is the go with a short passing game to help Hackenberg. Keeping a back or two in to block is helpful too.

I don't hate Temple because:
1. We usually beat them
2. It's an easy away game where Rutgers fans outnumber them
3. I like owls.

The Cult has spoken.
Everything is a lie. Coach Emeritus was a role model for all Penn St students and a credit to the Happy Valley community.
Now ralphie is branching out and making Cosby's date rape part of the cult denying what happened.
Guess ralphie will recommend Bill Cosby be given an honorary Penn St degree or make Cosby Professor in Charge of PSU's School of Theater.
He seems to fit ralphie's idea of a person that can't be held accountable for his actions, like Ralphie considers Sandusky

Tell us who was raped.

Tell us who was raped.

Rape is unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim. ( involuntary deviate sexual intercourse )
Being convicted of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse is the same thing as being convicted of rape.

Sexual intercourse with a minor is statutory rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse covers that ,when a minor was involved
Sandusky was charged with and convicted of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse in his child molestation trial.
Not calling it rape when charged and convictions were announced was not saying Sandusky didn't rape children, just used another legal term (involuntary deviate sexual intercourse ) to describe his raping children when that pervert was convicted of the crimes he committed against children.

ralphie proves why the cult should be considered a legitimate reason why Penn State must always be held accountable for Sandusky's actions and how covering up his child molesting will be a valid issue on this board.

And none of that ever happened or was confirmed by any witness.

Anybody else like the refreshingly simplistic one-sentence cult responses from ralph? So used to the pages and pages of culty nonsense, it's a real joy when someone condenses their thoughts with such acumen.

Although, he's also a complete lunatic, so there's that.

I don't hate Temple @ all...

a 2-0 PSU is preferred to a battered and 1-1 PSU.

MADHAT - even worse than that, ralphie is hiding behind the fact that because Sandusky's victims were minors and sexual assault victims, it is not lawful to divulge any of their identities.

ralpie is clearly a member of the cult, and one of the reasons I will be rooting for the Owls.

you're right about ralphiE being a cult member in my book and friend told me to look at ther Nit board and see it defend itself among the cult.
Here's ralphiE's post:
Inflammatory Thread.
On the Rutgers Board titled TTPF -7 Against Temple. Or some such crap like that.

Has a 3 year old article by some Penn State Grad School Alumna where she alleges all kinds of crap about racism, rape, the KKK etc. I know I saw that piece of crap posted here long ago. They're acting like they made some credible discovery. The article is bullshit.

I went there and pointed out how ralphieE is implying Sandusky's innocent over here, while making out what he's doing to be something different when he whined about this thread over there,

Surprisingly not banned there anymore and able to post what ralphieE is doing here.

You're pathetic. You also got a reply regarding your juvenile retort.

Not as pathetic as someone who sticks up for a child molester and tries to hide that fact on BWI , a board full of enablers.

Jerry was not convicted of deviate sexual intercourse against victim #2 who was the only victim observed by Mike McQueary. At his trial, Sandusky was found guilty of indecent assault, unlawful contact with minor, corruption of minors, and endangering a child's welfare against victim #2. Just wanted to point that out and note the distinction.

Duly noted but Sandusky was convicted plenty of times for deviate sexual intercourse and victim #2 was the one that
started the investigation once it came out about Sandusky and him in the Penn St locker-room showers
But here's testimony from one of Coach Emeritus' victims that should upset everyone ( ralphieE not included) :
The witness vividly detailed what he estimated were at least 40 acts of inappropriate sexual contact in the Penn State football locker room showers alone – games of "soap battles" and wrestling matches turning into repeated attempts at oral and anal sex.
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/ncaaf-...on-trial-victim-1-credible-joe-amendola-.html

Lets not forget how Sandusky roamed the Penn St campus freely after he was caught molesting victim number 2.
So just because he wasn't convicted of deviate sexual intercourse with victim #2, that doesn't mean Sandusky
actions concerning victim #2 should be considered less than child molestation.

Do you also go to churches & synagogues to point out how their religions contradict each other?!? Arguing with the zombies on bwi is a CWOT & just reinforces their paranoia that everyone is out to get them.

Someone comes here defending Sandusky and posts on that board we're spreading BS about Penn St on SN ( received message about that) so I posted what he said in the whine thread he started on BWI.

On the BWI.,they feel everyone is out to get them no matter what's said.
I didn't make them more paranoid then they already are , but agree with CWOT
