Women's Soccer: No Respect

Lack scoring punch it's not just about the record. They need to put the ball in the back if the net
Not if the other team can't score.
Only need 1 (but of course want more than that).
Just playing devils advocate here but 3 goals given up and there is a loss and 2 ties that's almost like 3 losses based on goals against. Also says there is a real struggle scoring. Should be ranked higher for sure
A problem is none of the teams we have beaten is currently in the top 25 in rankings..... Penn st, ohio st, michigan are in the mid 20' s But as we play each other we knock each other out.
We scheduled 6 very easy games ooc. To get respect you need to play better teams. out of conference.

ho is correct. For example Penn State played Virginia & West Virginia. By the same token, I do believe we routinely get short changed. Answer is to keep winning.
Having been very busy and not able to make it to any games yet what do you think we are lacking inputting the ball in the back of the net and scoring more?
I actually believe that we have many more offensive weapons this year than in the past. Big defenses are tough & all of our strikers with the exception of Colby are young. Of those that have seen significant playing time; 4 are Frosh, & 2 are Sophs. Believe we will fill the net more in the future, perhaps even this year.
Was just going to say the same thing: youth. My dad watches most games and has been to a couple of home ones and apparently the frosh have missed a bunch of assist/scoring opps which, with a little more seasoning, they won't be missing for much longer.
thanks as always very excited about the remainder of this year and going forward hopefully this team can be the first Rutgers team to bring home the National Championship!!!
Team has talent. Tough wtf losses will help them grow in longer term.
Can't score that's a HUGE problem. If they could put ball in net they'd be undefeated. 1 goal a game if your lucky is NOT getting it done. Lots to work on future looks real good but if they don't gel and score this year is a wash
