Rutgers is 6-3 in B1G when Ace and Dylan are both healthy

Thanks for the analysis.....
took it one step further....

17 games we are calling them healthy
11 games not

In the 17 games
average adjusted offensive efficiency 1.1624
average adjusted defensive efficiency 1.0503

In the 11 games
average adjusted offensive efficiency 1.1191
average adjusted defensive efficiency 1.0174
I’d be interested in these stats for the B1G games only (the 9 healthy games vs. the 8 non-healthy games).

USC head coach Eric Musselman talks after the Trojans lost 95-85 at Rutgers

The RU women's team was on the west coast. Why couldn't Rutgers have let USC use the women's court in the APC at the time they wanted?
I understood him to say that this is what they did, i.e., USC used the practice facility at a later time, but I think he was griping about not being able to have a practice in the RAC because of the 9am slot (6am PST) he was given for the RAC.

Theres no dining hall on college ave???

My sister's kids just got admitted and she said she's a little leery about the fact that there's no dining hall on College Ave

No, I said. There's good old Brower.

Nope, she said. It's permanently closed and has not yet been replaced.

What kind of clown shoes university doesn't have a dining hall on its main campus? Do college ave students have to take the bus to eat????

Don't most (all?) freshmen live on Livingston now?

Ugh! Next 2 games on Peacock

Oh I can get on Peacock, I just hate watching sports on streaming because you can't change channels.

What kind of fake fan turns off the Rutgers game? Haha just messing.

It works perfect for me. I watch little non-Rutgers basketball/football so I’m not switching channels during games.

I understand that’s a big issue for most everyone else except me.

However, it’s hard to file a complaint saying “the broadcast company makes it hard for me to switch to a competitor product! They need to fix that.”

Additional note - It appears a SHU fan agreed with you. Take that for what it’s worth.

OT: Italy travel recommendations

Following because…

Dropping my younger son off for a Fall semester abroad based in Rome. We’ll be there for about a week and plan on staying local. Maybe a side trip to Pompeii. Looking for hotel recs (one with a rooftop bar/restaurant, maybe a pool) and places to eat.

The Mercato Centrale at Termini is a really good food hall and a place to try traditional Roman food like Trapezino.

Other essential Roman dishes:

- Fried Artichoke (in the Jewish quarter)
- Cacio e Pepe (everywhere)
- Carbonara (everywhere)

Not sure how used to Europe you are...but Rome is relatively more dirty and there are more pickpockets looking for Americans. Naples is more dirty, but less pickpockets, if you're going to Pompeii. Naples food essentials: Pizza (duh), fried pizza, zeppole, struffoli, baba, sfogliatelle...and everything is very cheap and very, very good.

If you have never been to Rome, the coolest museum by far and away is the Vatican Museum (and one of the coolest in Europe IMO).

It's helpful to know a few phrases in Italian if you're off the tourist beaten path as many don't know English. And unless you're Roman people won't be interested in any Italian heritage you have...OTOH if you're like me and have a recognizable name from the Naples region, people will comment on it lol.
