I'd say two years, not three.

There have been several JuCo players (and transfers from 4-year schools) that gave their heart and soul for two years while on the banks.

Why don't we post this on the Alabama, Texas A&M, Creighton, San Diego State, St Johns message boards and the others that will be going next year again like Oregon. I don't think you will see any meaningful responses because MOST fans understand the cost of doing business.

The larger question is not what players got this or that, the bigger question is what person for football (Schiano) and hoops (Pike) and how they arrive at their decision-making on the pieces.

There's an aggressive and somehow sad state of affairs when fans are now asking to get into the backpockets of a recruit who has market value.

What you should be asking for is what does a legitimate 5* 1 & done player do in terms of generating revenue for that program, what does it do to ticket sales, merchandise and overall image of the school.

What is Ray Rice or Brian Leonard worth to RU 20 years from 2005, when they hit the scenes on the banks....its probably worth the cost of the stadium being expanded and has probably generated Schiano around 50M in total earnings.

I will ask you bac....since you are anti players or think they should get zero........is Greg Schiano worth the 50M or more in contracts.....that probably doesn't include his Tampa Bay contracts....

Just having healthy post defenders was going to lift that DRtg significantly. In 2016-17, we got full seasons from Doorson, Diallo, and Freeman... and added Gettys and Sa.

The B10 also had just 6 of 12 teams in the Adj DRtg Top 50 in Pike's first year, whereas there are 12 of 18 this year. I don't see any path to a top 50 DRtg next year.

Yes I’m with you.
Nearly everyone that’s followed RU sports believed this was our once in a generation opportunity at a special season.

We were supposed to be in the conversation for the top 4 of the conference right now . Not the bottom 4.

It’s depressing because the stars aligned for us for a talent perspective and it was completely utterly undeniably a disaster that was un-enjoyable. In fact there were very very few even short lived enjoyable moments of this season.
