My thoughts too. It's a weeknight, how much earlier would they be able to go?How is a 7:30pm local tip off a disgrace btw?

I have no issue with the comment I likedNot at all. In the midst of a hugely disappointing season some criticism is certainly expected and warranted.
What I object to is the absolute over-the-top rhetoric “Pike sucks, Pike blows, Fire him now, He’s done, It’s over” yadda, yadda, yadda. Thread after thread after thread, from the same cast of characters. But you know what, even if he’s not completely oblivious to it, Pikes is a big boy, he can take it.
I also think it sucks that the overly obnoxious criticism has been directed at virtually every player. Plenty of constructive commentary, but also tons of absolute mean-spirited shyte. And I know the new thing is “Well, they’re getting paid now so they’re fair game.” Just the latest excuse for poor behavior by supposed adults.
Example: in a recently posted thread citing Carino saying the Washington start time is a disgrace, one poster said “Rutgers basketball is a disgrace.” The program is a disgrace? I think that’s uncalled for. But right there with a big 👍 is our own Grantland Rice (aka bac2therac).
Hope you are right. You have a lot more confidence in Pike as a coach than I do.Disagree. I think that team can be good given the two transfers can be solid starters and one of the freshman can be a decent Big 10 contributor. To have a competing team in the Big Ten, I'd say you need 8-10 players that will be effective in conference play, with 2-3 of those players being true impact players.
I think Grant has already started to prove he can be an impact player, and Lathan has had some moments as well. I think one of the freshmen can hopefully be a solid contributor right away, and JMike, Ogbole and Dortch will improve. The key is Pike being able to get two good transfers that can be viable to solid starters. They don't have to be elite, just have to be Big 10-caliber.
It's too early to say where RU will compare to other Big 10 teams for next season before transfer portal departures/additions, but if Pike can retain the right guys and get a couple nice portal additions, it can be a solid team.
Disagree. I think that team can be good given the two transfers can be solid starters and one of the freshman can be a decent Big 10 contributor. To have a competing team in the Big Ten, I'd say you need 8-10 players that will be effective in conference play, with 2-3 of those players being true impact players. Two from the portal, regardless of who they are, with this group and Pike will get us last place in the B1G
The Articles of Confederation was a constitution of the United States, just not what we refer to as THE constitution. We divided from Britain as the United States of America as of the declaration of Independence. Can't confirm the first DD.Nor a Constitution. Nor a division from Britain. Nor a Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks.
The form does ask for 2023 and 2024 income, so presumably benefits are based on that income.yes I took me almost an hour to do it all because I had to gather all that info on the fly and create that id.me
It would be nice if they told you all you will need as a list before you start the process.
As I also noted a few weeks ago when I posted about this process and changes is that the base year for Anchor has eliminated 2022 & 2023 to harmonize the basis for income . for non-seniors this could screw them out of the program or reduce their benefit because their income could have changed as well as their residency as home owner vs. renter.
You'll still likely get 1-2" with the potential for a few more... it's Cape May County's winter.thank god this is a bust, i have a flight to board on Saturday
This is true. Also, Brian was way ahead of the curve in utilizing the portal to address immediate holes in the roster, which gave us a sizable advantage for a time. The rest D1 caught up and NIL has only accelerated that process. While NIL is a challenge this is somewhat of a red herring as we have offensive talent currently on the roster that is not being utilized to it's potential due to scheme.
TCNJ has 7000 undergrads; Genesco 4000; Albright and Franklin & Marshall are in the 2000 range. There are kids who want a smaller school or can't get into TCNJ or Genesco, both of which are pretty selective. There are small public schools too, though. Certainly I think TCNJ or SUNY Geneseo is considered as prestigious as some. Maybe not Bucknell but it is pretty darn close IMO.
This was a good thread to start…
INTC up 10% again on the TSMC AVGO news. Don’t know if I’d say it’s a breakout yet but it’s above a resistance area for now.Once again INTC bounces off that 19-20ish area of support on takeover news. This like the 3rd time iirc lol. 24-25ish area usually resistance.
