THE OFFICIAL 2024-2025 NET RANKINGS THREAD

Everything's interconnected. Kennesaw St jumped up 19 ranks beating New Mexico St by 13 on the road (big Q2 win), which helped us. Merrimack's 11 pt win at St. Peter's pretty much canceled each other out, since we played both.
Wow what a second half as they were down 35-25 at the half and outscored them 44-21 in the second half.

Largest RU Crowd Ever for a Rutgers Basketball Game?

Jerry forgot about

March 1976 ECAC championship game with St. John’s

February 1978 game in the garden with UNC (Saturday afternoon doubleheader ) …nearly sold out

December 1978 ECAC holiday festival at the garden that we won beating St. John’s and Ohio state ..both gsmes sold out and duke lost twice 😃

The December 1981 game with UNC was also a big crowd. We were 5-1 and played against sone frosh names Jordan …his first game in the garden

But those did have split crowds
"February 1978 game in the garden with UNC (Saturday afternoon doubleheader ) …nearly sold out"

The interest in that game was enormous. Walking back to the bus terminal after the game, I was stopped multiple times by people asking me who won? Sadly, North Carolina ran us off the court in the first few minutes, and we were never close.

My current Big 10 Power Ratings

Rutgers was 8-5 entering January

You want to just assume Rutgers wins games with 100% Dylan.

You need to win games when your top player goes out
Dylan had just come off the first triple double in 43 years against Columbia where we played arguably our most complete game of the year . Indiana was the next game. He got the bad flu and was out. Do you not see the correlation to go from 8-5 to 10-9. ?
