Our 2 stud WRs (Strong and Duff) are both from a powerhouse program on Long Island so many local people are following their performances. Rushing home from tennis, who knows. Dickish thing to say by Tag. I had forgotten about it.

We need to continue with the same performance this Saturday as we did against Minnesota. With the Offense sustaining long drives and the Defense getting pressure on the Maryland QB. Can’t give him all day to look for his Receivers. Rattle him and he will make mistakes.
2.0 is on 3 game losing streak vs. Maryland and HC Mike Locksley with some bad blowouts. That needs to change on Saturday.

Kudos to Lathan Sommerville for working out hard this summer, losing weight and getting in shape so that he might be the center Rutgers needs this year!

There is no question that if we had a chance to keep Cliff we should have. However we didn’t have a chance and we may see some combination of Ogbole, Lathan, Martini, Ace or Dylan Grant playing the 5 based on matchups. Based upon how much Lathan worked out in the summer, I think the bulk of the minutes at the 5 will be Lathan’s. Having seen him play last year at the RAC in HS, my concern with him was that he needed to get in much better shape to defend and rebound.
