“I’m worried for Steve Pikiell”: Coaching Ace Bailey and Dylan Harper might be challenging for Rutgers HC, claims basketball analyst

It can turn out great we’ll wait and see. I’m hoping to make the tournament. I like that we dodged Houston. If we are on the bubble we may be in a position to get the benefit of the doubt for a change with Dylan and Ace. I think it can go either way.

Pike is a coach em up type of coach. We’ve seen him bring our program to respectability by getting kids whose realistic motivation is good college player success.

Ace and Dylan are already higher up the basketball community food chain the Pike is - that’s seismic shift in team dynamics.

OT: 12th Anniversary of Superstorm Sandy

In our area, life was back to normal once power was restored (greater Princeton area). It wasn't a rain event for us, just wind. I was on the regional flood control commission back then and Manville residents were terrified of the storm. IIRC, we had a meeting the Wednesday or Thursday before the storm and emergency prep was already in full swing. A ton of folks from Manville spoke and it was heartbreaking. Thankfully, Manville didn't have widespread flooding, so the Lost Valley lived on.

Congrats on your toilet! Are you staying elsewhere during this time?
But didn’t the lost valley get hit after that pretty bad ? Ida ? Etc

What is the deal with the lost valley ? I am not too familiar with the whole history of it except it gets pounded a lot , like flood . Did the federal goverbentn tell those people we aren’t helping you ? Or did they have the options to take blue acres buyouts ?

What are you talking about ? Kyrie returned for Duke after an injury when he could have just shut it down
Everybody’s fan favorite, Mawot Mag, shut it down.
Fans drove a player who gave heart and soul and 100 % effort in Simpson off the team.
Cant help being humored by the irony.
Never know what may happen.

Question: I tried selling two Center Court, 3rd Row Basketball Tickets for a Big Ten game on SeatGeek last year and ate the tickets. Any Success?

1000 tix does not come close to adding up or making sense - Maybe that's what was said, but there is definitely a lot more to the story if it was. Seatgeek would be paying Rutgers (or NCAA) for the rights to be their official ticket reseller - not the other way around. There is not 1000 tickets on the secondary market put out by Seat Geek to each game - no way, not even close if it's happening. So then the question becomes where do these 1000 tickets go? Again, if this 1000 tickets is true (and I seriously question if it actually is) there is a lot more to it.
That is the deal Hobbs signed

Princeton Open

Of curiosity, why don't we have any of our freshmen 125lbers in. I know Gibson is hurt/recovering...
Guess-it has to do with the true freshman rule. In the first semester, true freshman must compete as attached. So it would count as one of their 5 competition dates. They must want to save their dates in case Peterson gets dinged up, weight issues etc(also possible one of the 125lbers is dinged up).

I have the NIL solution!!

I really don't understand RU Athletics Financials. We still look like Big East despite increasing revenue by multiples of what we brought in prior, but we got a couple of new buildings, but not the ones we really wanted. So now the fans have to pony up for those, plus paying the players, but nobody seems to be the driving force for that.

Mo' money, mo' problems.
