No they're not. All they do is give a list of the highways during rush hour.

Route 1 is bumper to bumper at Alexander Road?!? Route 55 in the South too? And the GWB has a 20 minute delay? Holy $#!t. You don't say!

If they were helpful, they'd give alternatives, like real stations do.
