But he is essentially asking kids, parents / alums to stop thinking about LEAVING the state......and instead
replacing that thought with how great would it be to STAY in NJ / play for RUTGERS, in front of your family, friends, while fulfilling your dreams / helping to win a NC: HERE!

Yes, but he wasn't in the BIG at the time. Ash has a much better shot at getting it done but it also has to translate to winning on the field as well as off.
