Anyone else having trouble getting a new/renewing a subscription? Both my dad and myself are having problems (I have been for 2 months now) renewing a monthly Rutgers subscription. I've reset my password, used different CC's/Debit Cards, and keep getting "payment refused." Dad having the same issue. SUCKS!!!
