NJSIAA rules. I talk every year to my kids about how to handle themselves because it can ruin everything for everyone.

Tough break for Central, they are off to a 2-0 start but would be a longshot to make SJ4 playoff with games against TRNorth, Jackson Memorial, Brick Twp, Brick Memorial and Wall upcoming. They have an excellent RB Bickford who has rushed for 3,500 yards his Soph/JR year.

Toms River East is one of the worst programs in Shore Conference and will be lucky to win 1 game.
