Is Kyle flood gonna be the OL coach? Neuheisal coaching qbs? Aren't these all guys on Sirius XM?

Why would Butch take this job at his age? Shut it down and enjoy yourself. Golf.

Hawkins now? When was the last time he coached?

This is odd.

The FIU AD was a part of Davis’s front office during his time with the Browns, and Davis was a rumored name for the FIU job after Cristobal was fired.

I thought it was Hawkins who got that program rollin than he took the job at colorado and Peterson got promoted
Exactly right. Hawkins started it, Peterson was the brains after the train started rolling and then took them to another level.

Hawkins was the headcoach, but given his lack of success at Colorado, the question is whether he would have had the success at Boise without Peterson.

And you got the answer.

Wasn't 2006 Peterson's first year?

Peterson's the better coach overall, but can't just give him all the credit for his own and another HC's successes.

I wonder what sort of classes FIU will be adding to the academic portfolio at coach Davis' suggestion.

Butch has a chip on his shoulder about how his previous job ended - it's been mentioned. He can still coach and if this is what gets him fired up every day why not? I think Bill Snyder is 77. The Hawkins move is perfect - now he can recruit and have an easy answer for "what if you're not here when I'm a senior?"
