I called my previous agent and his voice mail says that he is no longer with RU. So I renewed online. No call yet from anyone else. Is everyone else getting calls from their agents?

I have not had a call from any agent this year so I renewed online without any advice or help.

In previous years I always got a call. I got no call this year. I was waiting for one as I wanted to make a confusing change. But I just got a bunch of email reminders. Had to renew online with no changes. It Sucks!

Matt is still there, according to Eric, who is still there also. $$$$
I seem to Los my ticket agents every 6 months. When I've had them, they've always called. In January, when I found out that I had lost another, I called the ticket office and everything was handled quickly by the person who answered the phone. When I asked about my RFund contributions for this fiscal, I was given a number to call. I called that number, found out what my current contribution level was and made a contribution at the same time. Pretty easy.

I received a couple emails, which went to my junk folder. I also want to make some changes and have called my personal rep (he's like my 4th in the past two years) and called the main ticket number. Still awaiting a reply.

Keeping up with existing season ticket holders should be the easiest of tasks for the athletic department but for some reason they make it the most difficult.
