Freshmen struggle as Rutgers falls to Wisconsin for first home loss

Rutgers Basketball hosted Wisconsin in Big Ten play and fell 75-63 for its first home loss.

On the theory that doing the same thing over and over and hoping for the same result is the definition of insanity, something different I'd like to see tonight is an aggressive full-court press with Grant and/or Dortch at the top of the press. Not all game, mind you, but in spurts to surprise the Badgers. Do this when Winter and Crowl are in the game since they're less mobile, and then you're mainly dealing with their three guards/wings.

Will anyone be surprised if Dylan doesn’t start or play? Wouldn’t surprise me.
I’m not saying there’s not a legitimate reason, I’m saying it as 50 year tortured Rutgers fanatic in every sport.
I liken it to our best wrestler 20 seconds away from a signature win against a top 10 Conference foe, and gets reversed in the final second.
Perhaps the adversity we face makes us stronger😊

Can you say more about why you think that? Crowl is a 5 and UW does regularly feed him in the post. However, he does seem more productive against other true 5s vs. other schemes. I've always wondered why that is - you'd think he'd feast on smaller players. Maybe you're onto something...
