T Baby won this game for RU and Charisse sealed it

again...I called for CVS firing in this thread...in general I think she isnt doing a good job coaching this year, she isnt recognizing the right lineups. I think she plays her faves too much over who should be playing. T Baby should be playing more, I think CVS is not helping the team out in the way she needs to. I think these girls are afraid to make mistakes, they came back because they played freer...and more T Baby please

This game saved the season. RU probably now needs only to beat Wisky to secure a NCAA bid and one more might even be good enough for the bye

hopefully this is the catalyst for more wins and better play. Not having seen alot of the games live at least this game gave me a chance to see what the issues are, what this team does right and what is does wrong.

Nice post game interview with T Mack and C Viv. I thought the announcer, Vera Jones, who did the interview, was the best announcer I've heard this year, doing the analysis commentary, that' I've heard this year on a WBB game. Maybe MBB as well. '

I posted on the RT that I hereby announce I am eating crow after watching the last 2 debacles when I predicted we would not win another game this year. T Mack brought the passion, swagger and leadership missing from this team. Bravo!

Odd scheduling with RU next playing Thur night AT Michigan. Probably means they come tonight, then right around Wed afternoon or night to travel to Michigan. I don't think the Big10 allows them to travel on game day, but I might be wrong. That's a grind on their bodies not to mention how much it impacts classes Mon, Tue, Wed and Thur. Yikes.

well if they lose all 4 including a bad Wisconsin and then lose first game in Big 10...that would be 18-12 finish. I still think they need one more.

Win at a streaking Michigan will probably solidfy the double bye and I think be a huge confidence boost going forward.

That goes for me too. But it took Tekia Mack, a player who only averages 3.4 points per game to go off tonight and score 24. Also a great shout out to Wilson for being so clutch at the FT line. I think those two saved the team's season.

All I know is Rutgers won today and I'm happy.
We can look at the worst case scenarios all we want.
I could post a best case scenario that includes winning the B1G.
Will the worst happen, lets hope not.
Will the best happen, we can only hope.

But for me,I'm just going to enjoy today's win and let those who look for faults find them after checking every nook and cranny to prove how bad this team really is or just under-preforms because :The Coach did it and despite being 1.5 games behind 1st place, the HC doesn't know what she's doing.
I'll go by :Let the season play out then praise or condemn how it went

I'm back to the sky is blue with minimum clouds after my sky is falling panic attack and won't let that mood leave because THE RU WBB team WON today and that makes me happy

Michigan has won six in a row
The streak started with a win over Iowa (had previously lost to the Hawkeyes) but then the next five wins were all against the teams at the bottom half of the standings. So they are flying high and will be at home.
But how good are they?
Actually I think our odds of victory are more dependent on our play.
If we play well we can beat any team on our schedule.

And it would be great to avenge the losses to Minnesota and Ohio State.
We get that chance our last two games Thur 2/28 and Sun 3/3

You don't score 21 points over your average because you were lucky. She has the ability to be a good shooter and I hope they recognize it and get her more shots. We can use the help on the offensive end.
