There were no palindromic scores in 23 games today. There have been 24 palindromic scores in 2,886 games so far this season. It’s been six sad days since the last palindromic score.

Mo State has already lost once this week. Having the 2 Arizona teams lose would have been very helpful to RU's chances to crack the Top 25. Maybe one or both will lose on Sunday.

Update:

Southern California 70 #7 UCLA 68 2OT - Jeune led the Trojans with 27 and 13

Also note that the Arizona-Washington State score was a final, not end of the 3rd. (I've fixed it above.)

No one is ever safe in a rivalry game (though it should be noted, UCLA played without their best player and #3 scorer in the Pac 10)

#14 DePaul 91 Xavier 68
#18 Arizona State 67 Washington 50 –
:ThumbsUp:Okay

Hush. If one of them has to lose, please, please let it be the Arizona Normal School. My Wildcats need every win they can get.

Aliyah Jeune. The same player who started her collegiate career as a Scarlet Knight? Is she the younger sister of the two who were part of the RU WBB team? I think USC is her fourth school. Glad she gets named in a positive news story: http://scores.nbcsports.com/wcbk/recap.asp?g=202001170609&home=609&vis=606
Jeune played her true freshman and sophomore year at Rutgers.

Sat out the 2017-18 season after transferring to Morehead St

Played for Morehead the 2018-19 season
averaged 16.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game

Playing this season at USC as a graduate transfer.

I wondered whatever became of them. Figured they were long done by now. Also thought they went somewhere in N. Carolina. There was player #3, who was a really nice kid that defected with them whose name escapes me right now. I thought at the time she was the best of the bunch. Ugh, that was a bad year.

Her sister Ashli transferred to UNC Wilmington.
Shrita Parker and Kandiss Barber transferred around the same time

Well, there is this: https://vcuathletics.com/sports/wbkb/2016-17/releases/20170523idh6t6

Guessing she did not play for the Rams before moving on to Morehead State where she apparently did well (https://dailytrojan.com/2019/06/25/usc-womens-basketball-brings-in-transfer-talent/). Was thinking must be RS senior or grad transfer at USC. Glad she got a degree, and I imagine a graduate degree from USC--despite the scandals--will be a nice thing to achieve.

I like that, as a board/forum/collection of fans, we maintain interest in how things work out for former WBB players.

Thanks for the info.
I seen :
2017-18 SEASON
Did not compete in the 2017-18 season.

https://usctrojans.com/sports/womens-basketball/roster/aliyah-jeune/10437

and assumed she went right there.
