Same way someone who consistently plays 30 min a game can handle it night after night but someone who plays 10 min a game would be gassed trying to play 30 of all sudden. If they then kept playing 30 min a night consistently, their body would adjust. Their conditioning would be better and they could eventually handle 30 min a night
