This kid will be a legend. His motor with the NY media = can't miss.
I'm also glad I don't have daughter in NJ with his mug around

I really like this kid. Football wise the kid has a motor too. He may get time next year.

The kid has the personality and self confidence to be a difference maker. If his heart and talent match his personality he could become a legend here. I will be rooting for him to seize the moment.

So he graduated high school early?

That always surprises me, when a football player is able to swing that.

It's HS. Let's be real. Anyone that comes from a healthy 2 parent family that has at least average means and does not have a diagnosed learning disablity should be able to graduate HS in 3 years.

I don't disagree, but it does mean some kind of special cooperation with the school district. No one ever did that when I was growing up.

With the lack of depth we have at LB, I fully expect him and Manning to play next year, even if it's just special teams, I think they'll both contribute.

I think we have three early enrollees, this is becoming more commom to allow players to participate in Spring practice.

1.) you need to be a decent student -
2.) you need to begin planning for this early - maybe start planning during freshman year
3.) your state & local school system has to be amenable to early graduation
4.) your high school graduation requirements need to be achievable on an accelerated basis.
5.) you have to get all of the NCAA core courses

in some places it may be easier if you are in a private school - know that local school district here is pretty firmly opposed to a student leaving early - not impossible - but they certainly make it extremely challenging.

The other key is the school you are enrolling has to want you early. This is driven by scholarship counts, depth and potential for the incoming play to have an early impact.

It's much easier now with semester-based and block-based scheduling.

Actually more excited about Dwumfour in this case than Harmon, though both would be huge gets. We currently have zero DL commits but three solid WR commits. Dwumfour flipping would be awesome.

How many years did you graduate HS in?

He's a really good kid. Coach's dream.

We are very lucky he is coming. Maybe people forgot, he was originally committed to Mississippi State, but flipped to RU because they liked Flood so much.

He also has more offers than he's reported to recruiting services. I know first hand of one other B1G offer that would blow you guys away. It he were 3 inches taller, he'd have an offer from every school.

Great family. We can probably thank him for a bunch of our recruits, including Sneed. His will be a popular selling jersey at Scarlet Fever in a couple years, except for the fact that he'll be wearing number 4 and a lot of those have already been sold bc of carroo.
