Is Tim Brown's son a serious college prospect?

Believe it or not Tim Brown's son, Tim Brown Jr. will already be a senior in high school ,set to graduate in 2021 from the same high school as his father.
I see he has some highlight clips but I didn't see a Rivals page for him. No idea how good he is but would have to think Greg would have an in with him if RU was interested.
