I felt better about our overall performance after day one than I do today thus far. We could wind up 3 or 4 overall, which is pretty good but going 1 for 4 in the semis, was a little deflating. Let's hope we finish strong this evening.

No shame in that. With no depth at 184 we can't afford Gravina injured for a long period of time. That shoulder will always be an issue moving forward.

For those of you keeping score on the teams, ASU jumped RU by 2 points in 2nd place, 105.5 to 103.5. Hope Stoll takes out Hall in the Heavy Finals and Suriano wins the 125 crown and DelVecchio/JVB win their 3rd place matches.
