From the mishandling of NIL to letting conferences control the TV money and now this absolutely stupid selection day, the NCAA as an organization needs to be taken apart. They are a mess. (Yes a bit of bitterness about the Snub but the resumes don’t lie).

Someone on tv mentioned WVU and said you still have to win games. Maybe it was jay Bilas.

not so fast my friend.....check out the strength of schedule......try playing someone with a pulse non conference before you knock WV
This is just such a stupid argument.

WV is not good. Neither is NC State. Neither is Pitt. Neither is ASU.

The mental gymnastics people are doing on here tonight is bananas. YES the team lost some games they shouldn’t have. But they also won some games they shouldn’t have.

And if the committee is going to make a statement about our injuries, surely they would devalue our Temple loss, right?

The statement was not about injuries during the season, it was about player availability for the tournament. The committee chair said as much on a saturday show when talking about determining the top seeds. There a couple of star players lost for the tournment on highly ranked teams.

What does that have to do with anything? The resume is there.

By basically saying that conference tournaments don't matters for the top conferences, in their actions this year, the committee has all but just told teams that are essentially locked into the Tournament going into the conference tournament to get let their top players get some extra rest and to not really try to win the conference tournament. I'm sure the television networks and their advertisers just love that one given the money involved...
