Wilson succeeded PSU's best coach (given that Frankliar and his OC are incompetent), their DC Bob Shoop, at Columbia in 2006 when Shoop was fired after just 3 seasons. Norries Wilson lasted 6 years, and won 5 games in his first year, only 2 less than what Shoop won in 3 years at Columbia.

Columbia was once called King's College while Rutgers was once called Queen's College.

Henry Rutgers went to Columbia.

Rutgers and Columbia played every year in football for over 25 years straight.

They still schedule each other for other sports.
