Is Vallone an asst OL coach? I would take advantage learning from Flaherty to set up OL coaching gig.
Who are the other assistants helping the OL?
If Flaherty were to leave, I am sure Schiano has a list of OL coaches to choose from(Flood no).

I believe Vallone is being groomed to replace Flaherty when he retires. Scott got a nice salary bump this past season, to keep him on board.
