They have every opportunity to become what TCU and Utah have over time and they actually have made a 4 team playoff.
Tulane wins 27-24 over Cincy and goes to 10-2…good for them and Fritz

It's an opportunity for them or whomever on that level to move up and improve over time too. The same way Utah, TCU did and Cincy/UCF are doing now.
I believe the UNC QB is the son of Mark Maye, a former UNC QB in the mid 80s. And the NC State QB Is the little bro of former NC State QB Ryan Finley.
