I just read an article saying San Diego is considering trading Tatis for Vlad. SD would only do the deal knowing there is strong chance Vlad would re-sign with the Padres. Curious to how this would impact the Mets? I've read the Mets are indifferent to Pete because they believe Vlad will be easier to sign than Pete once he's a free agent. This could get ugly if the Mets end up with no one.
