Dude! I watch baseball games a ton. It's all I watch in the spring and summer! I know who he is. Having a great start. Yet the average person does not. They know Judge as he has becomes the face of baseball. He is on every baseball promotion commercial.
Tough to take anyone serious when talking about pitching when they use wins as a key part of an argument. Wins are a team stat.
He's still fragile. He's missed 1/3 of each of the last two seasons and would have missed half of this one if not for covid. Tremendous player when healthy.
It wasn't a serious arguement. Read the entire dialogue. Just counteracting a dumbs ass Mets fan troll. You Mets fans are a weird bunch for sure. Making the soft comment as deGrom goes on the IL.
He's getting better. First inning he got himself out of the jam, and 3rd was really the only bad one.
He had that procedure in February IIRC and Fox mentioned it. Just get better every start. Velocity is up so that is a good sign. Yanks need him

Last night his only post between the two threads was one here. Of course. He is as pathetic as the Mets play last night.
In my experience Mets fans prefer a Yanks loss to a Mets win. Sick bunch.
As far a DJ goes hope he returns quickly. He is a big part of way that lineup works. I believe Fox said last that he and Geo were the only two starting players last year on the Yankees that did visit the IL. Contact hitters like those two are what makes a power lineup work.

Ten days is tough but doable. A season-ending injury for DJ would be tough to overcome.

If the lineup tanks without DJ, at least the Yanks brass will realize how important it is to resign him. I would hope they know already.

The current team looks like a setup for a long run of success. Have to figure DJ will want to stay and might even take less than highest bid to remain a Yankee.
Based on his production and how he is in the clubhouse I don’t think they will try to shortchange him.
