And the NCAA. Every school Holt's coached at except ND(because of their clout) got put on probation for violations while he was there. Arkansas, Minnesota, and South Carolina.

I think Arkansas didn't get penalized when Holtz was there or after he left for what happened while he was there.
But when Holtz was the Razorbacks HC they were in the SWC ,a conference that cheating was an accepted way to run FB programs ,and the NCAA probably graded Arkansas during Cheating Lou's time on a curve.[jumpingsmile]
