It just seems too soon!Pumpkin and Oktoberfest beer hitting stores this week.
Pumking and others used to come out on July 1. So at least that has changed. It just seems too soon!
I'm on the hunt for an 18 Rum BA Pumking. Let me know if you get any. Voyage of Bull Beard by Bolero Snort was excellent. Tasted like a stronger version of Stone Xocoveza...cinnamon notes. A BA variant would be excellent once Bolero opens their physical location by MetLife Stadium in the fall.Pumking and others used to come out on July 1. So at least that has changed.
Oktoberfest beers isnt that bad as it begins Sept 22nd.
Shangys is the wholesale for Southern Tier for the entire region. They would know if the are getting any to send out.I'm on the hunt for an 18 Rum BA Pumking. Let me know if you get any. Picked up some of the DDH Genevieve IPA from Flounder yesterday. Worth the trip to Hillsborough. Good variety and they experiment with many different styles.
Depends on what you like. Their flagship beers are a honey ale and their IPA. They have around 12 beers on tap and will let you sample them all for free.I live right near Flounder but haven't been yet. What do you suggest?
I’m very close too. Happy to meet you there one time (unfortunately not available this week). Nothing beats craft beer and football talk. Send me a DM.I live right near Flounder but haven't been yet. What do you suggest?

Looks like Prairie will be available in NJ this month. Now we need Perennial.
Sounds like it as Prairie, Mikkeller and Gun Hill are coming.Gonna be sweet to finally get Pirate Bomb or Vanilla Noir. I wonder if Shelton Brothers is launching distro in NJ. If so, you might get Mikkeller as well.
Lost Abbey makes very good beer but is way overpriced.Lost Abbey Number of the Beast is good. Many of the Lost Abbey beers are very similar tasting.

Know Joey Boyle very well, loves the ponies!Good bones at Czig Meister. I knew Matt when he was lead brewer at Kane in Ocean Twp and shared brews a few times with him at Boyle’s Tavern in Monmouth Beach, a great beer bar on the northern NJ Shore. Matt studied brewing in school, knows the chemistry of brewing and is a great kid with a good attitude. I hope that Czig Meisters does well.
Well look, maybe not dry Oatmeal, but this thread has taken on a life of it's own.Banana Beer got it going, lol.[cheers]Dry Oatmeal?
