OT: Should Russia be banned from the Rio Olympics?

How can there be any question about whether they should be banned from the Olympics or not? They operated a campaign for over 4 years to circumvent the procedures. Every athlete from that country is now suspect.

I won't deny that, but after dealing with Russians I've learned that their culture is totally messed up and they have a justification for every time they lie cheat and steal.

I take it you haven't had much dealings with Russians. I worked there not to mention I was married in Belarus (White Russia). If you think the culture over here is anything comparable to Russia then think again. A Russians worst nightmare is dealing with another Russian.
