OT - Sports news on Naples/Fort Myers TV

Just watched sports coverage on local news in southwest Florida (Fort Myers/Naples). Talked about USF's strong start to the season. Then they interviewed a handful of USF players who only talked about the importance of USF's lineup including more top local players. It will be a long-time before we see this on local NJ/NY news sports coverage.

Read somewhere their roster has the biggest % of local players in the nation

But then again, when you play in a state that sends upwards of 450 kids a year D-1 it's easy to understand

What happened to our FL pipeline? Does it still exist or did Flood destroy that too? Not that it helped hiring a guy from Iowa with no connections down there.
