Crowd erupting for President Trump and booing Swift was definitely the highlight.
Francesa podcast - KC was thoroughly destroyed and the Super Bowl was terrible.
He thought Philly would win but not like that
He also complained about the over-the-top production stuff (like Tom Cruise and Pitt bits).
Too many player interviews and long pregames.

i saw it mentioned at one point that they also won the year before the first SB as well as the first 2 SB's, so that was technically 3 in a row
Tom Brady was pretty bad as well. We are stuck with this for another 8 years? Offered little in the way of informative insight and got worse and more quiet as the game became a blowout. Greg Olson is a much better color commentator. Fox should seek a buyout.
If people emptied their penny jars there would be no need to mint new pennies for years.
One of the reasons often cited for dropping the penny is that nobody carries them. People go home and throw their pennies in a jar and that's that. Personally I've been throwing them out leaving the stores.
They also had a 3-peat in 65, 66, 67. The last of that 3 was the first Super Bowl.
Just a terrible Super Bowl. We've been lucky the last 20 years or so with mostly competitive games. This was the worst since Cowboys 52-7 win. We were do for a clunker with a game that was technically a coin flip on who was going to win. I called it a night as soon as the 2nd quarter ended. Even most of the commercials were meh.
The "old white heads" loved Prince, Michael, Stevie, Temptations, Smokey, Toni Braxton and other "dark heads."
Rap is to music what McDonald's is to nutrition.

Its weird that a performer's big "song" is a slur filled mumble about Drake.

It’s not often the best team wins the Super Bowl. Less often than you think. Just look to the giants for that point to be illustrated. Amazing performance by the eagles.

the super bowl has always chose an artist or artists that are more than just the current artist of the month. 90s and 00s were full of legacy artists that appealed to everyone, they started to move toward more current artists in 10s but at least these artists had broad appeal with the audience. I dont think Billie Elish should be doing a halftime show either. Lamar may be huge right in the sad current climate of music but I bet you half the audience had never heard a song by him. I heard of his name but never song. The Super Bowl audience isnt gearted to the tween to 25 crowd so...

We have actually been pretty fortunate in recent years with good games. Do you remember some of the turd games from the 80s? There was a string of them: Niners-Dolphins, Bears-Patriots, Giants-Broncos, Redskins-Broncos, Niners-Broncos. We got a couple of good ones thrown in - Giants-Bills, Bengals-Niners.
