RU needs to keep Pike happy and give him all the resources he may need plus a bit more. It was extremely challenging to find a great coach that fits this program and we have to do everything it takes to keep him as long as he continues to show consistent success (winning + good recruiting). RU also needs to use this opportunity to plan for the next 10-20 years so we can continue this success (NIL, facilities, career support, etc.).

I always wondered this … if pike leaves this is an attractive job . Do we get a proven winner or go with an assistant that was part of the successful regime . If pike left this year, I would go hard after jay wright.
