Pretty simple question fellas. Have at it!

LOUISVILLE'S STRENGTH OF SCHEDULE IN 2016: 66TH

IMHO vs B1G East or SEC West he's an afterthought. Might - MIGHT - get "invited" to NYC if he's in the B1G West or SEC East.

Jackson took advantage of weak teams and put up huge stats vs them. He would beat up on us, Indiana, Maryland and I'm sure would be fine against Michigan st. Then depending on the crossover games he'd probably have one easy and one hard game. Then his out of conference schedule was pretty easy. He'd still be the winner but just not by such a margin

They're playing LSU right now. 4th qtr, he's 7 of 24 for a whopping 136 yards. He's been sacked 8 times. No, he would not win the Heisman if 'Ville was in the BIG East or SEC west.

This. I think he would struggle against Mich, MSU, OSU, PSU, Wiscy, Iowa, Nebraska, 1 good OOC D, and never have come close. Even IU's and Minny's D, this year, would have given his trouble. He would have worn down as the season chugged along in B1G play. Maybe - MAYBE - gets an invite to NYC.

Again: 66th rated SOS this past season. Weak.

In fairness, it should be said that the fault doesn't lie entirely with him. He spent most of the afternoon today running for his life as his line gave him no protection whatsoever.
Another interesting question would be how well would he do if he were on Ohio State or Alabama.

After todays performance not a chance. He has been exposed.

Sadly, So has the Big 10. No doubt the ACC is the best football conference this year.

Everything goes in cycles. So who knows what happens next year.

If Jackson can put up those numbers in the best football conference. Surely, he could do it in the Big 10 this past year

No way. Most of ACC wins in bowl games were against lowly SEC teams. Yes, they beat the B1G last night and tonight..but it was their best 2 teams playing B1G teams 3 and 4, arguably.

Are you seriously saying FSU and Clemson beat the #3 and #4 B1G teams in UM and OSU? Most "experts" had UM and OSU as the top 2 B1G teams. So if the ACC had the best bowl season, doesn't that mean that they're at least as good as the B1G and SEC and doesn't that mean that Jackson still would've won the Heisman in those conferences?

This could win 2017 Most Hypothetical Post of the Year. (And we are only hours into the year!)

He probably runs away with it more. ACC is probably a tougher schedule. 2 teams in his conference (FSU and Clemson) both just beat the #1 and #2 team in the conference (UM and tOSU) Clemson literally ran a train on Ohio State. The ACC has a much better bowl record and was better head to head. Lets take off the rose colored glasses, Clemson would have scored 100 on us and L'ville 60 if they were healthy and no one was out with gunshot wounds.
