Nice finish to the half. Rutgers leads by 17, 40-23. The one concerning issue going into the half are the amount of fouls we have. We had 13 fouls in the first half and Wisconsin only had 7. Our leading scorers need to stay out of foul trouble in the second half, but overall, really nice response tonight so far.
