RU Wrestling 2018 Recruits Ranking

Flo wrestling has ranked the incoming 2018 RU recruits as follows:

Aguilar 9th at 120
Robinson 3rd at 138
Brenner 10th at 145
Janzer 4th at 170
Lightner 12th at 220

Glasgow is not included in these rankings but he was a top 5 ranking last year at 152. I think he was 3rd. He is doing his post grad year at St. Benedict's in Newark this year. Nice class.

Robinson is wrestling tomorrow night at Carver-Hawkeye arena in Iowa in a National All Star Showcase against 2 time Iowa state Champ Michael Millage, a Norhtern Iowa commit at 138. Millage was an All American 6th at the recent Junior National Freestyles at 138. It will be good to get a taste of what it will be like when he wrestles for RU against Iowa there in the future.

Yes we are solid with Glasgow. Good kid and he has a great future at RU. When he comes here he still has 5 years to do 4. He will be a man like Lewis or Gravina when he is a senior.

At the SKWC meeting I didn't see or hear anything out of Goody that would leave me to believe there is an issue with Glasgow. All systems go.

Great stuff wngarbarini. Great to chat with you for a minute after the meeting. Keep an eye out for those 07090 kids at the Iowa match.

The coaches said they think 12 noon but that could change with the scheduling of the football game.
