PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers wrestling has received National Letters of Intent from six standout grapplers, five of whom are recognized as Intermat Top 100 recruits. These Scarlet Knights are set to join the program in 2016-17, bringing with them “To the Banks” numerous wrestling credentials.

Win Magazine ranked our early-season recruiting class 3rd in the country behind Penn State and North Carolina State. 5 of the top 8 are Big 10 schools.

This sounds like great news but the fact that 5 of the top 8 are B1G teams just shows that our new reality is that, in wrestling at least, RU will be regularly facing the nation's best.

Sounds great! I really know close to nothing about the sport but love the results and direction we're headed!

I've been trying to find this on WIN Mag's site, but can't seem to locate this. If you happened to have saved this , could you pass it on? thanks.

Paetzell registered at 132 for the Beast this weekend. Was kind of thinking (hoping) he would be a career 125 pounder at Rutgers.
