NIL is completely the wild, wild, west and there's no way to reign it in. Brigning in a 5 star as a "walk on" with NIL money is a joke. I remember Miami used to get around the scholarship limit by giving skill players track scholarships. 1-AA schools used to do that too to have more football players.
