What a joke of a conference
(Hey, they are good, but 10 Top 25 teams? Please.)

Arkansas just lost AT HOME to Toledo.

And Auburn (#6??) won in OT at home to Jacksonville State.

Arkansas State is beating Missouri in 2nd Q.

exactly why the idea that Top 25 rankings should not come out until week 5 will never be approved by the SEC. Take Auburn for example. Anybody that watched that team in their first two games would say they do not have a QB for a Top Ten team. They were extremely lucky to tie Jacksonville State thanks to a 17 yard punt giving them the opportunity to send the game to OT. Yet, when they play #14 LSU next week and likely get killed, LSU will leapfrog them in the standings after beating a top 10 team -- despite the fact that NOBODY would have had Auburn ranked after the first two weeks if they had not already been ranked.

that's how it works all year. Let's just rank 10 SEC teams in the Top 25 so it looks like they are all beating good teams. If they waited a few weeks before ranking teams, it's doubtful 3-5 of those ranked teams would still be ranked -- maybe more. The SEC is good, but they've CLEARLY benefited from bogus early season rankings. And they still are.

BEEN SAYING THAT ALL WEEK....5 MAYBE I'D SWALLOW BUT 10...C'MON....THEIR AIN'T MUCH DIFFERENCE FROM MAC TO SEC IN D1....ANYBODY HONEST KNOWS THAT. SURE THE P5 GRIND IS TOUGHER TO DEAL WITH ON A WEEKLY BASIS BUT ON ANY GIVEN SATURDAY ALMOST ANYONE CAN BE HAD.

Early season polls are pretty meaningless but its really the wrong time for the anti-SEC crowd to be speaking up. Where exactly were you last week busy? Watching ESPN tonight?
