December 23rd | vs. Mississippi State (53) | Prudential Center (Newark, NJ) |
I doubt there be any complaints , this board is known for its grin and bear it approach to just about everything.😁Let’s see what people find to complain about this game
Because nobody believes me. I gave the PU game a month ago. And this one two weeks ago. almost everyone ignored it because louder voices were saying something elseIdk why that guy can’t just say what team it is when he clearly knows.
I’ll guess Texas A&M but hoping for Tennessee, Bama, Arkansas or Kentucky.
A person would phrase it as "an SEC game" since that is descriptive. "SEC team" does not describe Kentucky although it is technically accurate. If he said "blue blood" or "perennial powerhouse" then it might be Kentucky.Per Twitter. Who will be the opponent?
No complaints about opponent or game, only complaint is how will the NCAA view this? My bet, both Trenton game and Prudential game are viewed as home games.Let’s see what people find to complain about this game
Trenton will be neutral. Newark will be home. For NET purposesNo complaints about opponent or game, only complaint is how will the NCAA view this? My bet, both Trenton game and Prudential game are viewed as home games.
If it winds up that there is a return home game at their venue, yes there will be complainingLet’s see what people find to complain about this game
Trenton is closer to Princeton than it is to Piscataway, so if anything, it's a Princeton home gameNo complaints about opponent or game, only complaint is how will the NCAA view this? My bet, both Trenton game and Prudential game are viewed as home games.
Unless it is a one off, versus going to Starkville next season. Why are we giving up so many games that could be played at the RAC. Princeton neutral is one thing. Zero reason to play MS at the Rock
Because everyone is afraid to play at the RAC.Why are we giving up so many games that could be played at the RAC. Princeton neutral is one thing. Zero reason to play MS at the Rock
there are people who believe thisBecause everyone is afraid to play at the RAC.

Prudential Center?????????????
Because a team like Miss State will not come to the RAC to play on their own. Very few schools in the country would. Why are we giving up so many games that could be played at the RAC. Princeton neutral is one thing. Zero reason to play MS at the Rock
Yes and high major programs are just flying all over the country to play try road games.there are people who believe this
At least this is a game where there is some potential benefit. The Princeton game is just plain stupid. Why are we giving up so many games that could be played at the RAC. Princeton neutral is one thing. Zero reason to play MS at the Rock
...and a good portion of them are coaches of top D-1 programs.there are people who believe this
Trying out arenas to see which one to use when the RAC is being renovated.https://rutgers.rivals.com/news/the-latest-on-rutgers-basketball-s-2023-24-schedule

Noon Tip Off
Devils are scheduled for 7pm
It’s more or less no travel though for the local contingent. Very doable, should have a nice crowd if the team isn’t a shell of itself early onyes this is what Ive been looking for...only drawback is the date is really close to christmas but these are the schools neutral site that I have been screaming for
Miss St prob has the least amount of alums/fans in the NJ/NY area than any SEC schoolThe xmas and noon start will torpedo a big crowd
Still i love the scheduling of a real team
