When Matt Rhule defeated Colorado in early September, apparently all was well.....but Nebraska didn't move the ball that well vs the Buffs.....and then Nebraska defeated RU 14-7, but the grumbles grew louder about the offense.
Then an awful blowout at Indiana and Nebraska bounced back with a strong effort at Ohio State, but couldn't execute offensively in crunch time.....Then Nebraska loses a home game to UCLA and is in jeopardy of not making a bowl game for a 9th year in a row....in comes Dana Holgerson to hopefully fix 5* QB Raiola......
