Serious question (its about this site & Football)

I was thinking of running a number of polls each week, POG, rate the coaching, rate the offense, Defense QBs etc. Given the blue sky laws that have been discussed here this week, most of which i have no clue on what people are talking about. Although I know Bergen County still has Blue laws.

Any way, would these polls be acceptable, or would they encourage the negativity that I was reading about in the in that other thread.

BTW who is nuts? What is his twitter handle.

I think they were talking about RUNuts. I am a selective thread reader so I don't know what the Nuts story is other then he got banned. Just run your poll and see what happens, you don't have to ask I don't think. If it is inappropriate someone will let you know, like the time I posted a picture of a topless woman.

Thank you all for your answers I am A few months in here posting. I had my first log-on on the old board banned after posting the first time and being ganged up on and accused of being a cuse fan....silly people. I have observed the "crowds" here, there seem to be a few different groups, but have not aligned myself. I will try my polls week 1 as i think they are fun. i may join one of the groups which I think are as follows:

1. The sky is blue crowd
2. The grass is always green crowd (pessimists)
3. I bleed Blood that is red, we hate blue blood but we know when it is red it is always thicker crowd (I bleed Scarlet PSU sucks)
4. Black matters, group ( blackout games are a must)
5. Pee is always yellow unless you are well hydrated crowd (its all about the tailgating)
6 Rainbows have pot and gold, thats why i like them crowd (rich stoners in scarlet lot)
7. You can only rep your home state, unless you play for us even when you are not from NJ group.(stay at home crowd)

I just saw the water is wet crowd this morning, sounds cool.

Or maybe i form by own, the game is over when its over because fat ladies like to sing coalition.

Anyway, wait to you see my poll!

Why does it not seem offensive to see the sky blue? Seriously, it is like the great Father's Day I had. Everyone said it was going to rain all day so our BBQ pool party would suck. Wake up and it is beautiful sunny, blue skys(better then rain) middle of the day dark clouds and rain- but dammit, I knew there were blue sky's- I stayed at the grill whiles others ran inside- just a few minutes later, what do you know, there were those blue sky's again!
Who had the better day- blue sky people or cancel the BBQ- it's going to rain? Lol

The only difference is it's a lot more likely the weatherman makes the wrong forecast than Kyle Flood out schemes/out coaches big name programs with the same or better 2-deep talent.

Scarlet, I am on twitter for just seeing tweets. I think have sent out a tweet maybe twice. But if you follow things like RU football etc you can get pretty quick updates on breaking stories.

I never said I disagreed with you. Though I did almost delve deeper into my thoughts on why it sounded more like a troll post.

1) Your statement about being banned after one post.
2) You talk about a poll but then obviously tried to stir the pot with the rest of your OP.

And to your point of my signature...Hey, there are a lot of posters who disagree with me a lot of the time as I do with them. They all know the only time I will blast a poster without feeling the need to explain. It is almost always about a poster being very negative about a recruit or commit. I am ok with discussing their strengths and weaknesses but not ok with any poster calling a recruit a "non D1a" talent.
Any other time I disagree, I will give you my reason for disagreeing. And even those that may not like me, should be able to agree that I do give clear and concise reasons for my opinions.
I have had many back and forth arguments with the likes of moz/bac/mooby, etc without it ever being personal.

Anyway...carry on with your polls.

A positive attitude tempered by reality is not a bad way to be.Why be a fan of anything if you can't have some hope/belief that good things will happen.Reality will either confirm or deny.Football aside,how many here like to hang out with negative people?Not I ,for sure. It would be sad if many said yes.
