Yes. When only two guys are scoring points even if both make the finals, unfortunately it's just not enough. Now get that third guy just to 7th/8th place then you're talking 8th possibly 7th place.

IF RU win both and Nebby lost ... 0.5 out of 9th ... would need a bonus point, or a penalty vs Nebby.

I can see wins by RU by decision ... would be shocked if a major as the competitors are just too good.

But 10th would be amazing ... so go RU!
